You must REGISTER to be eligible for technical support and to validate your 1 year warranty. (Once registered, you do not need to register again.) Terms
Training and assistance with technical issues are included with the purchase of our products to the original buyer. The number of hours of technical support for which you are eligible varies according to the product you purchase. Technical support expires one year from your purchase date, but you may PURCHASE additional time for $50 per hour. If you are not the original buyer, you must purchase the latest version of the software to receive technical support. Our technical support does not include teaching anyone how to use a computer, teaching anyone how to use other companies' software (WinZip, Windows Operating Systems, etc.), connecting your network, logging onto your computer remotely, operating your system for you, nor helping with hardware problems unrelated to our products.
Hours - 8 am to 6 pm Central Time
Our technicians and programmers are available from Monday through Friday, except for major US holidays. Note: Our staff leave at 6 pm Central Time. Requests received later than 5 pm may not be answered until the next day. Before Asking For Help

Getting Help
Click here to CREATE YOUR OWN JOB TICKET online (if registered). If you do not have access to the internet, call us at 972-248-0341 and leave a voice message so we can create a Job Ticket for you. * Creating a Job Ticket is the fastest and easiest way to get help. As soon as your Job Ticket is created, it pops up on each technician's computer screen. The next available technician (or the one you specify) will contact you as soon as he or she is available.
* Speed of Help: Our technicians respond to requests for help in the order in which they are received. They will respond to your requests by telephone or email if you prefer. When leaving a call back phone number, please leave a number where you can be reached near your computer. Our technicians will respond as quickly as possible - usually within one hour, but sometimes it may take longer if there are numerous Job Tickets. Please excuse any delays. When a technician does contact you, he or she will try to give you the utmost care and service. We sincerely want to help you get your product working to your satisfaction. We appreciate you!
